  4. I have noticed that over the course of developing a relationship with real estate proprietors, you’ll be able to come to understand that, in every single real estate exchange, a commission amount is paid. In the long run, FSBO sellers really don’t “save” the commission. Rather, they fight to win the commission simply by doing a good agent’s job. In completing this task, they commit their money and time to carry out, as best they might, the obligations of an realtor. Those duties include revealing the home by marketing, representing the home to buyers, developing a sense of buyer desperation in order to trigger an offer, making arrangement for home inspections, handling qualification checks with the loan company, supervising maintenance tasks, and facilitating the closing.
